All of my supplies finally arrived yesterday. I now have no excuse but to get started. So this morning I kicked off my ReBoot plan. I’m sure there will be bumps in the road, but so far, I think I’m off to a good start. I made notes about the results I wish to see over the course of this ReBoot. My current physical and mental conditions have been recorded. I’ve created a daily checklist to keep myself accountable, and I’ve got my fingers crossed.
This plan adds a few things to my daily routine, and hopefully I’ll be able to adjust well enough to make these things lasting habits.

I have set the goal of initiating the program to all of you by the end of March. I have a tentative date scheduled to begin the weekly BLisS meetings starting the last Wednesday evening. While this gathering will have some focus on my detox plan, participation in that plan is not required for participation in the lifestyle support group. This is a support group for anyone wishing to bring Yoga and Ayurveda principles into their daily life.
