A couple of weeks ago, I started this blog, and a new ayurvedically inspired wellness plan. The goal was to feel better more than lose weight, but hey, I won’t be upset if a few pounds disappear. My problem is that I have IBS. I have struggled with it since I was a kid, and lately, it’s been pretty bad. So I was more concerned about getting my digestive system into balance than losing weight.
All of my supplies finally arrived yesterday. I now have no excuse but to get started. So this morning I kicked off my ReBoot plan. I’m sure there will be bumps in the road, but so far, I think I’m off to a good start. I made notes about the results I wish to see over the course of this ReBoot.
